What happens after I submit the form? 

Within 1-2 business days, you'll get a personal reply outlining the next steps. For ghostwriting and consulting inquiries, this usually means scheduling a 30-minute discovery call to talk through your project, timeline, and whether we’re a good fit. There are no high-pressure follow-up sequences or upsells; just real conversations.

How quickly do you typically respond? 

Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. CST, so most replies go out within those windows. Inquiries that come in over the weekend or outside office hours get answered the next business day. If something is urgent, mention it in the form, and it'll move to the top of the queue.

Do I need to have my project fully figured out before reaching out? 

Not at all. Most inquiries arrive as a feeling, an idea, or a half-formed thought. That's the perfect starting point. The discovery call is built around clarifying the project from wherever you are right now, not where you think you should be.

Where are you based, and do you work with clients outside Nashville?

I’m based in Nashville, Tennessee. Most ghostwriting and consulting work happens via video calls and shared documents, so my clients can connect from anywhere. Roughly 70% of active projects are with clients outside Tennessee, including international authors and executives.
